NAKISNAKISA

Suspended SelvesSuspended Selves is an immersive installation exploring identity as something layered, fluid, and continually unfolding. Suspended textile and ceramic forms occupy the space like bodies in transition, carrying traces of memory, displacement, and transformation.

Visitors are invited to move among the sculptures, becoming part of an environment where light, material, movement, and sound blur the boundaries between self and surrounding. Activated through performance and projection, the installation shifts over time, revealing identity not as a fixed condition but as an ongoing negotiation between body, place, memory, and belonging.

Rather than offering definitive answers, Suspended Selves creates space for reflection on what we inherit, what we carry, and what we choose to become.
